Just an update from a satisfied client. In November of 2005 I sold my home by owner (2251 Orchard View Lane, Escondido) but I needed help with the closing. You did an outstanding job getting the closing completed at a very fair rate. The buyer was real iffy and pulled a lot of tricks to get the financing (he happened to be a mortgage broker). With today's stricter financing, he would never have been able to buy the house.
First, we thought we would move to Phoenix, but at that time the housing market was ridiculous there. Anyway, my wife and I did some research and we discovered Dallas, TX had the lowest housing costs of any major city in the U.S. We moved to Frisco, TX and closed on a home in July of 2006. It may not be San Diego but the living is good, and we bought a house for $500,000 that would have cost $1.5 to $2.0 million in San Diego.
At our first neighborhood party, we found out that almost half of the people in our new neighborhood had moved from California.
Through all of this, you stood out heads above any other real estate professional we have dealt with. When the market settles down in California, my wife and I may return. When that happens, you will be our first and only call to help us find new property.
